Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs, separated and whites beaten stiff
Preparation

Mix thoroughly flour, milk, oil and egg yolks. Add beaten egg whites; stir in with a spoon (do not beat). Mixture will look lumpy. Pour 1/2 cup of batter onto hot waffle iron; remove when a nice golden brown. Makes 8 waffles.
