Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
12 vanilla wafers
1 (21 oz.) can pie filling
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sugar and eggs until smooth.
Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake cup.
Place heaping tablespoonfuls of cheese mixture into each cup.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool.
Top with pie filling (cherry or blueberry).
Graham cracker pie crust may be substituted for vanilla wafer cupcakes.
