Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large ripe tomatoes
2 tsp. diet margarine
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
dash of salt and pepper
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, shredded (fresh)
1/4 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Cut tomatoes in half and place in a shallow baking pan.
Melt margarine and add onion, parsley, salt, pepper, cheese and bread crumbs.
Spread mixture on top of tomato halves and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
