Vegetarian Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. each: peas, green beans, whole corn, diced potatoes, diced carrots, chopped cabbage and diced celery
    1 c. either: broccoli or cauliflower, chopped
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, sliced thin
    2 qt. water
    1 qt. tomato sauce
    1 pkg. Ramen noodles
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 clove garlic
    Mrs. Dash (no salt)
    pepper
Preparation
    Place all diced vegetables, onion and garlic, in a 8-quart pot. Cover with water and tomato sauce.
    Bring to a slow boil and while simmering, cook Ramen noodles by package directions, and add to the pot, along with beef bouillon cubes.
    Season with Mrs. Dash and pepper.
    Slow boil for 1 hour.
