Deviled Clams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. clams
1 sm. onion
3 Tbsp. green pepper
2 Tbsp. celery leaves
1/4 c. celery
1/2 c. clam juice
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. bread crumbs
paprika
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Grind or chop very fine first 5 ingredients.
Simmer them in clam juice and butter until tender, about 5 minutes.
Mix well with thyme, pepper, mustard, bread crumbs.
Grease clam shells and fill with mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 - 30 minutes.
