Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg yolks and sour cream (in which baking soda has been dissolved).
Add enough flour to make the dough just stiff enough to roll out.
Roll dough out thin on lightly floured board.
Cut with cookie cutters.
Decorate if you wish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
