Tuna Jalapeno Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tuna, drained
    40 crushed crackers (butter flavor)
    1/2 Tbsp. basil
    1 egg
    pepper to taste
    canned jalapeno peppers (mild)
    Cheddar cheese
    extra crackers (for coating)
Preparation
    Cover fish fillets with a mixture of mustard and fat-free Miracle Whip.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over fish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until fish flakes.
    Season to taste.
