Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef (extra lean or chuck)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 to 2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 or 2 small cans mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
Preparation
    Brown
    onion and beef together; drain.\tAdd sour cream, bouillon
    cubes,
    mushrooms,
    mushroom
    soup
    and
    ketchup and simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
    Cook egg noodles.
    Drain and serve stroganoff over noodles.
    Serves 6.
