Ingredients

9 sourdough English muffins
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
8 oz. thin sliced salami, cubed
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix tomato sauce,
salami,
cheese and spices together. Spread on open-faced
muffins.
Sprinkle
with grated Parmesan cheese and bake 12 to
14
minutes at 400\u00b0.
After baking, put under broiler to brown the tops.
