Nobby Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sifted flour
3 c. apples, diced
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add egg and mix well.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add creamed mixture.
Stir in diced apples, nuts and vanilla.
Pour in greased 8 x 8-inch pan and bake 40 to 45 minutes.
