Sweet Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1 pound pork shoulder, cubed
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    1/2 c. chunked green bell pepper
    1/4 c. plum jam
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp cornstarch
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    2 pounds ground beef
    1/2 small onion, diced
    1/2 red bell pepper, can substitute green bell pepper
    14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes, diced any flavor, (I prefer garlic and onion or Italian Flavor)
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    3 eggs
    1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, in glass bread pan coated with cooking spray.
