Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 jar pimentos
    tomato juice (3/4 of a large can)
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir about every 1/2 hour.
