Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 can consomme
    4 or 5 pork chops
    2 slices onion (more, if desired)
    2 Tbsp. canned tomatoes
    2 slices green pepper
Preparation
    Season pork chops, dust with flour and quickly brown in hot oil.
    Place in a casserole dish in the order listed.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Delicious!!
