Southern Casserole Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. stew meat
flour
salt and pepper to taste
garlic to taste
oregano to taste
2 medium potatoes, chopped
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can peas and carrots
1 onion, chopped
1/4 head cabbage, shredded
1 can biscuits
Preparation

Coat stew meat in flour and seasoning.
Saute meat in skillet until brown.
Combine meat and vegetables in dish.
Add enough water to cover. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
Uncover.
