Miniature Drumsticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings (18)
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. m.s.g.
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. or more Tabasco
3/4 c. buttermilk
oil for frying
Preparation

Cut off wing tips and discard; cut remainder in half.
Blend flour, cheese, m.s.g., salt, paprika and oregano.
Add Tabasco to buttermilk.
Dip \"drumsticks\" in buttermilk mixture.
Shake to remove excess.
Roll in dry ingredients.
Cook about 5 minutes in deep oil heated to 365\u00b0.
