Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter (for sauteing)
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. diced celery
    2 c. diced broccoli
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 (49 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Melt butter in frypan.
    Add onions, carrots, potatoes, celery, broccoli and green peppers; saute until tender.
    Then add broth. Gradually add milk to flour, then combine with broth and vegetables in a large pot.
    Bring to a boil and let thicken for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add Cheez Whiz and salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat and simmer for another 10 minutes.
    Makes 8 generous servings.
