Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. potatoes, boiled and mashed
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
-
Whip together and pour into flat baking dishes. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Heat through and serve.
Can be frozen and served later. Good with ham.
