Shortbread Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. soft margarine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar together. Mix butter in mixture. Add vanilla. Form into small balls and place on cookie sheet a few inches apart. With fork, take and press the top of cookies, making a crisscross pattern. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until brown. Cool on wire rack.
