Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large pork chops
    1 onion, finely chopped
    4 slices stale bread
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place pork chops on bottom of baking pan (9 x 13-inch).
