Fresh (Soft Pear) Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Gladiola flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. golden raisins
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. small diced pears
1 (10 oz.) jar cherries, drained and quartered
Preparation

Sift
dry
ingredients.
Combine eggs, salad oil, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Add sifted ingredients and blend.
Add pears, pecans, raisins and cherries.
Mix.
Bake in a 10-inch Bundt (greased
and
floured)
pan
for
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, until toothpick comes out clean at 325\u00b0.
Remove from pan and let cool. Now all you need is coffee and company.
