Oven Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans beef consomme
    2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 large onion
Preparation
    Chop or slice onion in casserole dish.
    Add consomme, rice and slice in margarine.
    Stir.
    Place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Stir after 20 minutes. This is a great side dish for chicken, beef or pork.
