Pork Chops And Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 jar Heinz chicken gravy
    4 c. sliced raw potatoes
    1 medium onion, sliced
Preparation
    Brown chops in a small amount of oil. Combine chicken gravy, potatoes and sliced onion. Pour into 9 or 8-inch square baking dish. Top with browned chops. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer.
