Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 tart cooking apples (8 c. cut up)
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter or margarine
cinnamon (optional)
Preparation

Pare apples; cut into bowl.
Add sugar and lemon juice to coat.
Spoon into 9-inch pan.
Combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter.
Sprinkle over apples; pat down firmly.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
