Spinach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Mexican corn bread mix
    1 stick oleo
    1 (6 oz.) cottage cheese
    1 large onion
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained and squeezed
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt oleo, add onions, cottage cheese, corn bread mix, spinach and salt.
    Add eggs last.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Bake in dish or pan.
    Put under broiler for a few minutes to brown top.
