Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium carrots, sliced thin
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 soup can milk
    4 medium potatoes, sliced thin
    American cheese slices (enough to cover top of casserole)
Preparation
    Lightly brown hamburger meat in skillet; drain.
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Pour in the browned hamburger meat and spread.
    Add sliced potatoes.
    Add salt and pepper over potatoes. Add sliced carrots.
    Add onions.
    Mix celery soup and milk; mix good and pour over all of this.
    Top with cheese slices.
    Cover and bake for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover; bake 15 minutes more.
