Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. shredded raw carrot
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. nuts (your choice)
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
    Add carrot, oil, eggs and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
