Tabooleh - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fine burghul
    2 large bunches parsley
    2 medium tomatoes
    1 bunch scallions
    1/2 bunch mint
    juice of 2 lemons
    1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Soak burghul in water for 1/2 hour.
    Chop everything very fine.
    Drain burghul.
    Mix together with juice and oil.
