Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large or 2 small cans hominy
1 carton sour cream
1 small (4 oz.) can green chopped chiles
1 small jar pimentos
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz

Preparation

Heat hominy; do not boil.
Then drain and add Cheez Whiz, sour cream, pimentos and chiles.
Mix well; heat thoroughly, but do not boil.
Pour into your favorite casserole dish and serve!!
This is an excellent side dish.
