Aunt Evelyn'S Sweet Lime Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pickling lime, dissolved in 2 gal. water
7 lb. cucumbers
2 qt. vinegar
5 lb. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 tsp. pickle spice
Preparation

Mix.
Add cucumbers and heat until sugar dissolves.
Soak overnight, then boil 40 minutes.
Pack and seal.
