Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts
4 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. hot water
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 egg whites
Preparation

Beat egg whites first and set aside.
Mix flour, sugar, oil and pineapple together.
Add egg yolks, cinnamon and hot water. Fold in egg whites and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325\u00b0.
