Egg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
1/2 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. sour cream
6 to 8 Tbsp. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; add a little more mayonnaise, if desired. Chill.
For a great lunch sandwich, spread egg salad on whole wheat bread.
