Southern Sweet Potato Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. golden raisins
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cream the sugar and eggs and add to dry ingredients.
    Add vegetable oil and milk and blend. Add sweet potatoes, nuts and raisins and blend.
    Bake in loaf pan that has been greased on bottom only for 1 hour and 8 to 10 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    Cool 15 minutes.
    Take from pan and cool before slicing.
