Shrimp Creol - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped
    2 c. water
    2 c. tomatoes
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 small clove of garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. smoked hot sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery, parsley, and bell pepper until tender. Add water, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and garlic.
    Simmer 5 minutes, add worcestershire sauce, smoked hot sauce and salt.
    Cook mixture 30 minutes.
    Add shrimp and cook 30 minutes more or until shrimp is done and mixture is thick.
    Serve over rice.
