Baked Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini
    1/2 c. buttered crumbs
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Peeled or unpeeled, cut zucchini into 1/4-inch slices and parboil in salted water for 5 minutes.
    Drain and place in casserole in layers of zucchini, crumbs and cheese.
    Bake 20 minutes at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
