Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8-inch) pie crusts (graham, regular or chocolate)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. lime juice (fresh squeezed or Joes' Key lime juice)
1 lime, halved longways and sliced thin (for garnish)
Preparation

Combine condensed milk, cream cheese, vanilla and lime juice and blend to a creamy texture.
Pour into pie shells and chill for one hour.
Garnish with sliced limes around outside of pie shell. Can also grate lime to sprinkle color over top.
May also add a dollop or two of whipped cream to sweeten tartness.
Makes 2 pies. Keep refrigerated.
