Pineapple Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 box vanilla wafers
1 c. crushed pecans

Preparation

Melt margarine.
Beat egg in large bowl, then add sugar, beating until creamy.
Add hot margarine.
Stir until creamy. Fold in Cool Whip and pineapple until well blended.
