Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine beef, onion, egg, milk, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Form 4 or 5 small patties.
    Roll in flour and brown in oil.
    Place in baking dish.
    Cover with soup.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
