German Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and shredded
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    2 c. shredded cheese (your choice)
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion; drain off grease.
    Reduce heat.
    Set aside.
    In a large pot or electric skillet, melt butter.
    Spread potatoes over butter; top with beef.
    Combine eggs and milk; pour over all of it.
    Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
    Add cheese; cover until cheese melts.
    Cut into squares and serve.
