Dim Sum Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. dry sherry wine
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oil
    2 tsp. ginger root
    1 tsp. fresh garlic
    9 oz. pork strips
    1/8 c. scallions
    1 to 2 c. snap peas
    1/4 c. green peppers
    1/4 c. red onions
    rice
    cornstarch and water mixture
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Make sauce by combining first 8 ingredients, bringing them to a boil and then adding a cornstarch and water mixture to thicken. (Thicken to the point where sauce will cling to pork, but not too thick.)
    Saute pork in pan of melted butter until 1/2 done.
    Now add vegetables and finish cooking.
    When pork and vegetables are done, add sauce and toss, then serve over a bed of rice.
