Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry yeast
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed potatoes (instant preferred)
    7 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix and let dissolve the warm water and yeast.
    Add sugar, salt, shortening, eggs and mashed potatoes.
    Mix until stirred together, then add flour.
    Knead the bread.
    Put into a greased bowl.
    Cover with damp cloth and chill for 2+ hours.
    Roll out and shape.
    Let it raise twice its size.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
