Working Girl'S Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh or canned fruit
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Melt margarine in oblong casserole dish.
    In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and milk.
    Pour over the margarine without stirring.
    Add fruit without stirring.
    Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar over top and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    A tasty brown crust forms on top.
