Skroodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 (7 oz.) bag Skroodles
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can mushrooms
    1/2 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 (16 oz.) jars Ragu spaghetti sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Simmer mushrooms and onions in oleo; add to beef.
    Pour sauce over meat; set aside to cool.
    Combine cheese and sour cream.
    Cook noodles.
    In a casserole dish, layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 sauce, all of cheese mix, then the rest of the noodles and sauce.
    Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
