Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 c. flour
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. very ripe bananas (about 3 medium)
    2/3 c. shortening
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. buttermilk or 2/3 c. milk with 1 tsp. vinegar
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat all
    ingredients
    on
    high for 3 minutes.\tBake at 350\u00b0. Bake until golden brown.
