Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unpeeled green tomatoes, diced
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    6 1/3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/3 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of nutmeg
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter, cut into bits
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except butter and pour into pie shell. Dot with butter and cover with top crust. Cut small holes with knife to vent. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
