Rumaki(Makes 18 Appetizers) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. chicken livers
9 bacon slices, halved crosswise
1 (8 1/2 oz.) water chestnuts, drained
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
-
Prepare rumaki; cut livers into chunks.
Wrap each bacon piece around a water chestnut and piece of liver.
Secure with toothpick.
