Triple-Rich Pound Cake - cooking recipe

3 Tbsp. chopped pecans
1/3 c. unsalted butter, room temperature
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/3 c. whipping cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Butter and flour a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Sprinkle the pecans over the bottom and sides of the pan.
With an electric mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add the flour, cream, vanilla and lemon flavorings; mix until batter is smooth.
