Pineapple Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    3/4 stick butter
    12 to 16 Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch together. Add Cheddar cheese; mix well.
    Add pineapple chunks and toss.
    Place in casserole dish. Top with crumbled Ritz crackers.
    Melt butter and pour over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.
