Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 family (large) chopped broccoli
    1 c. cooked Minute rice
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in salted water until tender, about 5 minutes, then drain. Mix all together and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
