Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. raw peeled, sliced apples
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar and eggs thoroughly with mixer.
    Stir in dry ingredients, sifted together, then fold in apples and nuts.
    Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Leave cake in dish and cover with the glaze.
