Country Sausage And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 large onion
    1 pkg. au gratin potatoes
    2 1/2 c. hot water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 medium carrots, cut into strips
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage and onions until done.
    Drain.
    Stir in potatoes, sauce mix, water and pepper.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in carrot strips, cover and simmer until carrots are crisp-tender and potatoes are tender (10 to 15 minutes).
    Stir in broccoli and cheese.
    Cover and cook until broccoli is heated through and cheese melts, 5 to 10 minutes.
